Cooking Lesson: Meat & Poultry
Meat and fresh greens play a central role in traditional Greek Cuisine, which includes a very large variety of recipes for cooking them together, giving us delicious casseroles. They vary between the regions of the country, depending on the availability of ingredients. Andros has its own specialties. Let's discover them together!
4th Day Cooking Lesson – Fish & Seafood
The morning will be free to enjoy the beauty of the island, or to relax. Optional Visit to the Olive Oil Museum. Greek people are very fond of fish and seafood, which is reasonable considering the country's close relationship to the sea. Fish is also an integral part of what we call the Mediterranean diet, which is considered to be one of the most balanced in the world. Enjoy plenty of appetizers, and come away with some classic recipes.
